Management

Jean Martineau has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since it became listed on the TSX in October 2007. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in the Canadian mining industry as a director of exploration companies and as an investment broker. During the last 20 years, he has focused on South America and has acquired an in-depth knowledge in the management of natural resource companies in South America. His Latin American expertise has been of prime importance in the development of the Corporation’s operations in Peru.

Léonard Teoli began his career with Price Waterhouse, in 1987 where he served clients in the mining industry until 1996. From 2003 to 2008 he was CFO of Diabras Exploration where he participated in the start-up in 2006 of a pilot mining operation in Mexico. Since then he acted as consultant and CFO for a couple of exploration companies with projects in Canada and Morocco. He joined Dynacor’s management team as Vice-President and CFO after cumulating over 20 years of experience as an accounting and finance executive with several Canadian junior mining companies involved in exploration projects worldwide. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1990.

Daniel Misiano has a wealth of experience at managing large-scale businesses, both nationally and internationally. From 2017 to 2024 he was President of MBI Global, where he oversaw impressive growth that positioned the company among industry leaders through ambitious international expansion.

His career path also took him to work for multinationals such as Atlas Copco, where he worked for over ten years contributing to innovative projects and the successful integration of new divisions within the company. He brings to Dynacor a unique combination of skills in team management, new market development and strengthening international operations.
